How long will it take to receive my orders?

Delivery time differs depending on products ordered. Expected delivery dates are stated in each product page.

We have some pieces in stock, but most of the time, all orders are made to order with our workshops abroad. The turnaround time is usually 3-6 weeks for made-to-order products. Rest assured, we will be updating you constantly.

How do I place an order?

You may place an order through the website or message us at hello@shopalf.com for assistance. Please note that by placing an order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions on the website regarding orders. All orders are FINAL, NON-CANCELLABLE and can no longer be changed as soon as they are placed.

What are your payment options?

We accept PayPal and BPI bank deposits. You may email us at hello@shopalf.com for bank deposits.

Can I return or change my order?

All orders are FINAL, NON-CANCELLABLE and can no longer be changed as soon as they are placed.

What if there are missing, wrong items or damaged items when I receive my order?

Majority of our products are handmade by artisans. Natural markings such as scratches, dents, wrinkles or blemishes may be present in the product. These natural markings should not be seen as a defect, but rather a unique characteristic of the product.

The product I want is out of stock or not available in your website. How do I order?

We change our products every often to be able to offer something new and exciting for our customers. Products may be limited in quantities so we highly recommend you to purchase right away when you see something you like, as products may not be restocked anymore. You may also email us at hello@shopalf.com to double check on stocks.

How do I make inquiries or ask for styling suggestions?

You may contact us through our website or email us at hello@shopalf.com. We answer all inquiries within the same day, barring circumstances beyond our control.
